Pumpkin carving with my family is right up there with Christmas and Thanksgiving (and Easter simply because we have a HUGE ham…and, if you know me, I love me some pork). It’s a time for cooking good food and picking on my brother-in-law (Damn Paul…you really look tired today…are you sure you aren’t getting even MORE bald?).

Needless to say - it makes me realize how nice it is to have my immediate family near by.
