Inspiration comes when you least expect it (and when you are in the lest receptive mood). These pics were taken from the Univ of Nebraska State Museum - http://www-museum.unl.edu/ …we took a trip there with Atticus yesterday. (Despite our personal fascination with the museum, Atticus was more excited about the possibility of riding the elevator up and down the three floors).

To no one’s surprise, the patterns and images found in nature will rival anything we humans can produce…it has spurred many ideas (of which I still need to record) for future work. Organic by nature…but structured, organized, intentional - all for survival.

I see some cool metal work in my future.
