Ask for Help: You're Not a Burden
In shadows deep, where silence dwells
A heart in need, yet fear compels
To reach for hands, to voice the plea
Feels like a weight, a burden to be
But know this truth, so clear, so bright
Asking for help is a strength, not plight
In unity, we find our way
Together, we can face the day
In moments dark, when hope seems thin
Remember, asking is where strength begins
A whispered word, a simple plea
Can open doors, set spirits free
No burden are you, no weight to bear
In asking, you show how much you care
For self, for others, for life’s grand scheme
Together, we can chase the dream
So, lift your voice, let fears subside
In asking, you’ll find friends by your side
No burden are you, no weight to bear
In unity, we conquer despair
