Choose Kindness But Know Your Boundaries
In a world where kindness is a gentle breeze
Let it flow freely, with grace and ease
Yet remember, dear heart, not all are true
Some wear masks, hiding their hue
Kindness is a gift, a light to share
But guard your soul with tender care
For not every smile is a friend in disguise
Some hold shadows behind their eyes
Extend your hand, offer warmth and cheer
But keep your spirit ever clear
Discern the genuine from the feigned
In this dance of life, wisdom is gained
Kindness is a seed, let it grow and bloom
But know when to step back, give space and room
Not every garden is meant for you to tend
Some paths diverge, some stories must end
In the tapestry of life, threads intertwine
Yet not all are meant to forever bind
Choose kindness, let it be your guide
But understand when to step aside
For in the balance of heart and mind
True friends are treasures, rare to find
Cherish those who lift you high
And let go of those who pass you by
Kindness is a beacon, a guiding light
But wisdom whispers in the night
To choose kindness is to choose strength
But know your boundaries, know your length
In this journey let kindness lead
But be wise in whom you heed
For not all who wander are lost
And not all friendships are worth the cost
Walk with kindness, but eyes wide open
In the garden of life, let your heart be woven
With threads of love, trust, and care
And know that true friends are always there
