In shadows deep, where doubts reside
A hidden self, you try to hide
Yet within you, a light does gleam
A truer self, a brighter dream
Why wear the masks that others give
When your own truth is yours to live?
The world awaits your unique song
A melody where you belong
Anxiety may whisper, "blend in and be the same,"
But change and authenticity are not things to blame
For in the shift, new paths appear
And courage grows to face your fear
Let go of chains that bind your soul
Release the weight, become whole
For every flaw and every scar
Are constellations, guiding stars
In the mirror, see the grace
Of every line upon your face
Each tells a story, bold and true
A testament to all you do
The journey's not to be like them
But to embrace your own emblem
To dance in rain, to laugh in sun
To be at peace when day is done
So, shed the layers, one by one
Reveal the self that’s just begun
For in the truth, your spirit flies
And in your heart, the real you lies
The world will see, and so will you
The beauty in the honest view
Stand tall, and let it be
The whole you, wild and free
