Own Your Path
In the mirror's gaze, what do you see
A reflection of choices, of who you can be
No chains to bind, no walls to confine
The power is yours, the choice is divine
Excuses whisper, tempting and sweet
Blame dances around, offering retreat
Yet deep within, a voice calls clear
"Stand up, take charge, there's nothing to fear"
The world may press, its weight may bear
But your spirit is strong, beyond compare
Each step you take, each word you say
Shapes the life you live, molds the clay
When the road is rough, and shadows loom
When doubt creeps in, and threatens to consume
Remember this truth, hold it tight
You are the captain, guiding your flight
It's easy to point, to shift the blame
To let others decide, to play the game
But freedom lies in the choices you make
In the courage to rise, in the risks you take
No one else holds the pen to your story
No one else can claim your glory
The power is yours, it's always been
To choose your path, to begin again
So stand tall, let excuses fall
Embrace the challenge, answer the call
For in the end, it's your life to live
And only you can choose what to give
The world awaits, with open arms
Filled with wonders, with endless charms
Step forward, with heart and grace
Own your path, and find your place
