The Quiet Strength of Humbleness
In a world so vast and grand
Where pride and ego often stand
A gentle whisper calls to thee
To walk the path of humility
Not in the shadows, nor in the light
But in the balance, just right
Where hearts are open, minds are clear
And every soul is held dear
The mountains tall and valleys low
Both have their place, this we know
Yet neither boasts nor claims the sky
They simply stand, and time goes by
The river flows, both strong and meek
It carves its path, yet remains unique
It does not shout, nor does it boast
Yet it nourishes, from coast to coast
The humble tree, with roots so deep
In storms it stands, in peace it sleeps
It bends with grace, it does not break
It gives its fruit, for others' sake
The stars above, they shine so bright
Yet they do not compete for light
Each one a part of the grand design
Together they create a sight divine
So, walk the path, both firm and kind
With open heart and open mind
For in humility, true strength is found
And in its grace, we are unbound
