The path bends where you thought it would run straight
Curving like a river that knows its own fate
Each stone in your way is a lantern in disguise
Shaping the traveler your spirit implies
For the road does not wander to cause you delay
It shifts to guide you toward the brighter way

These turns are questions the universe asks
To see if your hands are ready for the tasks
Of holding the blessings that wait up ahead
So they will not slip like water once spread
Each challenge a key, each trial a door
Opening into the life you’ve been asking for

To walk this road, you must shed the old skin
The brittle shell where fear has been
Let it fall to the ground with yesterday’s name
For you are no longer the one who came
But the one who rises in morning’s flame
Reborn to a world that feels both new and the same

Your wisdom grows like roots in the deep
Drawing from waters where truth does sleep
It rises now, clear as the dawn
A compass to guide your journey on
Through shifting sands and skies that gleam
To the center of your highest dream

So, lift your gaze from what has been lost
The detour is worth whatever the cost
For each step now is a seed you sow
In the garden only your soul can grow
And when the turn delivers you to the crest
You will see why this was the road that knew best
