In the year of the snake, we find our call

To shed old skins, let the past fall

Release the weight of what once was

Embrace the change, just because

The snake knows well the art of release

To grow anew, to find inner peace

Old ways and burdens, they must go

For transformation's seeds to sow

Why hold tight to what no longer serves?

In the shedding, find the courage it deserves

The skin that binds, now worn and thin

Let it slip away, let the new begin

In the shedding, there's a rebirth

A chance to find your truest worth

Old places, faces, things that bind

Leave them behind, new paths to find

The snake whispers secrets of the earth

In letting go, we find our worth

With each layer shed, we grow and thrive

In the shedding, we come alive

The past is a chapter, not the whole book

Turn the page, take a new look

In the shedding, find your grace

In the letting go, find your place

The snake's wisdom, ancient and true

In the shedding, find the new you

Release the old, embrace the change

In the shedding, life rearrange

So, let the old skin fall away

In the year of the snake, find your way

Embrace the new, let the old be

In the shedding, find your destiny
